I started programming mainframe computers in 1980. With apologies in advance for the jargon: I designed a client/server system that used a 300 baud connection. I’ve had an IBM rep slip me bootleg copies of the latest debugged API mainframe/PC interface. So I’m not young. But I’ve kept up. I started creating webpages in 1999. I wrote my own homegrown CMS in PHP and have evolved with the industry from HTML to DHTML to XHTML to HMTL5. From using tables for formatting through CSS2 and now CSS3. I’ve written client-side in Javascript through JQuery.
